Grant Application Closing Dates:
Round 1 - Tuesday 6th May 2008
Round 2 - Thursday 5th June 2008
Round 3 - Friday 18th July 2008
Round 4 - Tuesday 9th September 2008

Clubs affiliated to the UCSA for 12 months or more may apply for UCSA Club Grants.
Grants Awards are considered based on the Grants Proposal and the potential benefit to the club, the UCSA and the student members. Grants are awarded four times per year and are available for:

• Equipment
• Training, Coaching, and Conferences
• Printing and Photocopying
• Affilliations and Subscriptions
• Special Projects

Please note:

• Club Grant Proposals will only be accepted on the official application form
• Club Grants will only fund up to 50% of a project cost. You will need to raise the rest yourself.
• In allocating Club Grants, the effort put into raising money from other sources will be taken into account.
• Club Grants will not be awarded retrospectively, i.e. for an already completed project
• Club Grants will only be paid on receipt of original receipts/invoices
• Club Grants will not pay for the purchase of alcohol
• Club Costs will not pay for the staffing costs for events.
• Club Grants must be used for the purpose they were intended for, and must be used in the same year they were granted
