The UCSA Management greatly appreciate constructive feedback that may lead to improvements in our food & beverage service. New trends, products and general enhancement of our overall catering operation is continually monitored. Your help in ensuring we provide what our student customer base requires would be greatly appreciated.

We have 5 Cafes on Campus offering a huge variety of food and beverages.

Healthy food offered

Burger patties from "Angle Bay" with the "Heart Foundation tick"
Deep fried food, cooked in healthy Canola oil (No cholesterol, No sodium, rich source of food energy, contains no additives or preservatives)
We use thicker, chunkier chips that absorb less fat
Fresh fruit available all year round in all our cafes
Bakery - The UCSA built it's own bakery on site in February 2003 to increase the selection and variety of baked products to our students. All bread products from our wholesale range provide selection available in our cafes except the sliced breads

We use the freshest vegetables available and we prepare as much food as possible fresh daily for our students.

We are Heart Foundation accredited.

Espresso Coffees
In all of our cafes we supply a variety of hot and cold drinks to Organic Fair Trade Underground Coffee, this product has proven to be an excellent choice over the years with rave reviews. We offer an extensive range of herbal teas, Cadbury's hot drinking chocolate, chai tea and a selection of Coca- Cola products from Pump waters to Keri fruit juices.
