Shao Chi Chuan Kung Fu is based on the internal principles of movement and incorporates the best of traditional Kung Fu methods and techniques. It is taught with modern understandings of biomechanics, physiology and psychology. Students learn a full array of long and short range fighting techniques including kicks, strikes, takedowns and pressure point applications.Sing Ong Tai Chi is a real treasure of the Chinese. It is a gentle form of exercise and, if correctly practiced, it can improve our health by enhancing natural immunity to diseases as well as being a peerless martial art. Tai Chi Chuan also provides a worthwhile physical and mental challenge to practitioners of the art.
