UCSA Help Volunteers

 

UCSA HELP Volunteers operate as the first port of call for students coming in to see the Advocacy and Welfare Team. As such, you will be interviewing students in order to gain as much information about their situation as possible. You will then present this information to the Student Advocate, who will help the student find a resolution to their concern. In addition to the interviewing you will gain an understanding of the Advocacy and Welfare Teams' processes, and will eventually be able to navigate appropriate courses of action for students under the guidance of the Student Advocate.
