Embark on the first of many events during the PSYC SOC Mental Health Awareness Week! Join us at Ti Kouka from 10 AM to 12:30 PM to kickstart your week with tranquility. Bring a friend along and experience the soothing blend of yoga and meditation. Simply bring your own yoga mat (limited mats are available to those who don't have one) and we'll provide some food for you.

Please ensure that you are following public health guidelines at all times when attending events.
